Permitted Use

You may use lagalleria33 solely for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or any content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. Violations result in immediate account termination.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. lagalleria33 does not review images before processing. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to any image you submit and that its use on this platform is lawful.

lagalleria33 reserves the right to terminate accounts where misuse is detected or reported. Refunds are not issued in cases of termination due to policy violations.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, interface elements, and brand assets belonging to lagalleria33 remain the exclusive property of the platform. You receive no license to reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

lagalleria33 is provided on an as-is basis. The platform makes no guarantees regarding output accuracy or availability. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim.

lagalleria33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to reputational harm or third-party claims.

Account Security

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 72 hours. Submitted images are deleted automatically within 24 hours regardless of account status.
